The housekeeper was so nice she gave me what I asked for that’s why I left a tip for her. If it’s not her somebody else will cause they’re work so hard
We arrived at 9:30 a.m. because we were right off of a cruise ship. When we got to the hotel we were greeted by a lovely man at the front desk. I explained my husband had a bad back and asked when a room would be available. He asked us to go sit in the foyer and within 20 minutes we had a room. That is unheard of, to me anyway. What wonderful service. The room was big, lovely bed, lovely pillows, it was all great. My husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub the next 2 days.

Close to my destination
The breakfast was great, the food had good flavor and there was a great variety. The room was clean and we had a nice view.
Very bad hotel! The staff member lacked empathy; when I booked the room for 2 adults and a 17-year-old child, I paid for breakfast, but the employee informed me that I would only be entitled to 2 breakfasts and that my daughter was not included. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but besides being dirty, with a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, it showed that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was dirt next to the bed, the carpet was not clean, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though a non-smoking room had been reserved. In the hallway, there was a lot of noise from people talking and doors slamming late at night! The air conditioning was very noisy and there was no way to adjust the airflow, which blew cold air directly onto the bed and into my face!
